Welcome to the rarely seen sport of Escaramuza. With roots dating back to the Mexican revolution, riders today work hard to carry on the tradition of community, strength and sisterhood.
Inside arenas known as lienzos, teams of eight women ride sidesaddle, performing synchronized moves with precision.
