Last year, I faced a health/body crisis. After battling an E-coli respiratory infection, coupled with a serious anti- bacterial infection and stress, my body started shutting down. Doctors told me it was stage 3 Adrenal crash. It was terrifying. I couldn’t handle light or noise, I was trembling from head to foot and for the first two months, I stayed in my room curled up in a fetal position. At night, I would open my Bible and cry myself to sleep. My only comfort was reading scripture and watching Hillsong Channel. One particular message from Pastor Carl Lentz answered every question I had. I went from feeling discouraged to God, whatever you have for me, I don’t need to fear.
