Erin Adams, a recent Lean Boot Camp graduate, demonstrated her growth and training during this year’s Kaizen Week improvement event taking place at various Swagelok sites. The most impactful moment for her was experiencing the collective excitement and seeing the positive effect of Lean Events, as associates from different work cells shared enthusiastic feedback about 5S improvements and expressed interest in similar changes for their own areas. #LifeAtSwagelok
